Running

There are some group running sessions through the winter. These consist of formal sessions led by a coach and social runs.

The formal run sessions will involve drills to help speed and form as well as some intervals. These can be booked through the booking link. https://training.kendaltri.co.uk.

The social runs are once a month, led by a run coach, often to include off road trails. Running as a group, no one is left behind and the focus is on enjoyment! The chance for running together at an easy pace followed by refreshments at a nearby cafe.
