There are some group running sessions through the winter. These consist of formal sessions led by a coach and social runs.

The formal run sessions will involve drills to help speed and form as well as some intervals. These can be booked through the booking link.

The social runs are off road trail runs usually on winter weekends. These are just a group of members getting together and doing easy paced winter miles, then drinking tea and eating cake. No need to book so keep your eyes out on Facebook for updates and read the newsletter.
